Toothpick/Matchstick Stripped Thread Restorer
May 8th, 2009You ever want to look handy? Here’s a great way to do it. Find a place where a woodscrew has stripped loose and won’t retighten. Jam a bunch of toothpicks or matchsticks in the hole and tighten the screw back in. Bam! It holds! You just went from Tim Taylor to Al Borland in no time.
