Safe Break and Enter Hassle Reducer
September 25th, 2009If you have any important documents or irreplaceable items at home, they probably should be stored in a fireproof safe when not in use. Try to save your potential B & E guests and yourself some hassle. Put a sticker on the safe (which of course you’ve bolted down) saying that there’s nothing of worth inside. “No valuables, just documents.” Or something like that. There’s no guarantee it will be a deterrent but if the safe is mounted firmly the burglar just might move on to something easier. For extra security, rig up an elaborate life-sized version of the game Mouse Trap. Cool!
