Resistance Band Chin-Up Helper
January 22nd, 2009When was the last time you did a chin-up? Chin-ups are hard! They’re also totally bad-ass if you can actually do them. Make it a little easier with nothing more than a standard exercise resistance band. Loop the handles around the bar, tuck your knee into the loop and you go from 0.5 chin-ups to 5 or 6 immediately. After a few sessions switch to a band with less tension and practice oiling those lats for the photoshoots!
