What is the most awful thing in the world? You guessed it: a bloody nipple. Runners and viewers of The Office know this well. If you’re a runner or just plan on getting off your butt someday, a great way to keep those sensitive parts sensitive is by protecting them with a piece of medical tape. Found in the first aid section of stores, this tape holds strong and comes off easy. You’ll thank me when you don’t have to endure the second most awful thing in the world: nipple scabs. Yuck!
