Nov. 9/09: Used my new equipment for deadlifts and squats this weekend. Today I can barely sit down or stand up.
Nov. 6/09: Bought 100lbs of weight plates and am starting to find my stride. Arms so sore it's hard to use a pen!
Nov. 5/09: Size of my exercise room is proving restrictive. Bought a barbell yesterday. Shopping for more weights.

Nov. 2/09: Diet has been surprisingly easy to reestablish. Of course it's only been a day.
Nov. 1/09: Measurements and photos taken. Did a light session. Lackluster start.
