About
The Author

I’m an old school computer geek turned self-improvement junkie. A scientist meets hacker meets miser, I study how to be fit, happy, and healthy.
I’ve gone from being an overweight, clinically depressed high school dropout to, well, something much better. At very least I’m now in good shape, happily off antidepressants, and doing well enough financially, thank you very much. Wanting to save others from the trial and error I endured during this transition, I created Noprobo.
Not content to sit still, I like to challenge myself to achieve new goals and discover new things. Noprobo is both my research project and my motivator.
